About Algorithms Lab

This is Algorithms laboratory in Department of Computer Science, Sookmyung Women's University. We study theoretical computer science, including complexity theory, algorithms, and data structure. We are looking for students interested in reseach on theoretical computer science.

Research Interest

We are interested in studying computational geometry, devoted to study algorithms and data structures for geometric objects. Since any real-life things can be represented as geometric objects, computational geometry has various applications. Also, as data can be represented as a point in high dimensional space, computational geometry can play a role as a foundational technology of data analysis.
